Yes we do, on orders over R2000 within South Africa. 

You can return or exchange an item by emailing contact@afrikajoe.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn (other than trying on for fit) with original tags still attached. Sale items are not eligible for return, and international orders cannot be exchanged.

If you're returning an item, you'll cover the cost of shipping it back to us. If we're sending you an exchange, we'll cover the shipping cost to get it to you. You can also drop off returns for free at our Cape Town premises (30 Barrack Street) after emailing us first.

Yes! If you're interested in stocking AfrikaJoe, reach out to our wholesale team at sales@afrikajoe.com with your store name, buyer contact details, years in business, photos of your store, and the major brands you currently carry.

Yes. Afrika Joe is 100% locally sourced and produced in South Africa.

We use 100% cotton across our range.

Yes, we ship internationally via DHL. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. If you have any questions about a specific destination, just email contact@afrikajoe.com.

Yes. We run our own in-house manufacturing team, which supports a small local community of employers — all of whom are women.

Yes. Our printing is formaldehyde-free, and sustainability is a core value for us.

Orders are shipped within one business day of being placed, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Local and international orders typically arrive within 2–7 working days after shipping. Please note delivery to outlying areas may take a bit longer.
