South Africa (online orders only)

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

• If you would like to return or exchange anything, please email contact@afrikajoe.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Afrika Joe will be entitled to recover the cost of return shipping.
• When exchanges are shipped, Afrika Joe will cover the cost of shipping the replacement to the customer.
• Returns can also be made with no charge at our premises, 30 Barrack Street, Cape Town, by first emailing contact@afrikajoe.com.
• Products that have been worn (other than to try on for fit) will not be exchanged or refunded.
• Products returned must still have the original tags attached.
• Sale items are not eligible for return.

International orders (outside South Africa)

Due to the cost of international shipping, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on orders shipped outside of South Africa. Please review sizing carefully before placing an international order.
