Shipping within South Africa

A price will be quoted at checkout which applies to most orders (exceptions listed below).

We try to ship orders within one business day of receipt.
Shipping is done Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once the order is placed you will receive an email notification and will be able to track your order online.
Orders usually take 2 to 7 working days to arrive once shipped.
Orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays.
For South African orders, exchanges and returns are subject to the returns policy above — we will charge for the shipping return to Afrika Joe, but will not charge for the shipping back to you.
Please note orders can take longer in outlying areas.
Some areas may be problematic and costly to ship to. Our system is unable to pick up the exact cost until actual waybills are made. In these instances we will contact you to ship to a Postnet or nearest Pep store. If this is not an option we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you the money.
OVERNIGHT orders are to be done before 13h00 on a weekday.

Shipping Internationally

International shipping is done via FedEx and the cost is calculated and quoted at checkout — for further info please email contact@afrikajoe.com.
Orders usually take 3 to 7 working days to arrive once shipped, depending on destination.
For most international destinations, import duties and taxes are calculated and included in your shipping cost at checkout. In some cases, depending on destination, additional duties may be charged by local customs on delivery. Please check with contact@afrikajoe.com if you're unsure.
International orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds — please see our Returns & Exchanges policy for details.
